Community Navigators
The Community Navigator program was created due to the rising COVID-19 cases within communities of color. Community navigators are a group of trusted community messengers representing the hardest impacted communities by COVID-19. The existing scope of work include attending meetings with Public Health staff, resource navigation, community engagement, and raising high level community concerns to their project monitors.

Health Education for Duwamish River Fishing Community
Public Health – Seattle & King County's Fun to Catch, Toxic to Eat program is seeking proposals from ethnic community-based organizations or faith-based organizations to design and implement a culturally appropriate health promotion, outreach and education plan for at least one of these priority groups that fish on the Duwamish River: Chinese, Lao, Hmong, Korean, Mien, Filipino and/or other Pacific Islanders.

Council of Expert Advisors on Drug Use
Public Health – Seattle & King County has a grant from the National Association of County and City Health Officials (NACCHO) and is looking for a community partner to assist in the creation of a council of expert advisors on drugs use. The contractor will work closely with Public Health staff and University of Washington researchers.

COVID Patient Transportation Services
Public Health – Seattle & King County is soliciting requests for proposals (RFP) for well-qualified, private ambulance and/or transportation companies to assist the department with safely transporting COVID-19 positive patients or individuals awaiting COVID test results to and from residences, homeless shelters and hospitals within King, Pierce and Snohomish counties and a County Detention Facility or a County COVID-19 Quarantine site.

Public Health – Seattle & King County (Public Health) is soliciting requests for proposals (RFP) for an individual, an organization, or multiple organizations who can develop and implement a COVID-19 prevention campaign aimed at a diverse audience of young people in King County. This work is part of Public Health’s emergency response to the coronavirus pandemic. Campaign work will occur from October to December, 2020.
