Transit GO Rewards

Earn points by riding Metro!

View and claim points

View your point balance on the "Earn" or "Redeem" tabs.

1. Go to "Recent Earnings."
2. Tap "Claim" button.
3. Your points will be added to your balance and are eligible for reward redemption.

Redeem points

Use your points from right inside the app.

1. Go to the "Redeem" section.
2. If you are using points for the first time, you need to verify your phone number. (Please note, your phone number is not stored on the Transit GO Ticket app. Once your phone number is verified, you can use earned points.)
3. If you are redeeming points for a mobile transit ticket, select "ticket" from the menu and then tap "redeem."
4. You will be directed to a "purchase screen" with a promo code automatically applied for your free mobile ticket.
5. Access the ticket under the “Use” tab.
6. If you are redeeming points for an e-bike or scooter, select the reward offer from the menu, and then tap "redeem." Follow the instructions to use your credit.

Claim your rewards

Redemption history

Access a history of your redeemed points on the top right of your "Earn" and "Redeem" tabs. Next to your point balance, select the “clock icon” to see your point activity history.

Please complete trips to earn points; points cannot be purchased.
