Metro Transit, Water Taxi schedules adjusted for May 29, Memorial Day

Summary

Riders who travel by Metro Transit buses, King County Water Taxi or Seattle Streetcar should plan ahead for schedule adjustments on Monday, May 29, Memorial Day.

Story

On Memorial Day, Monday, May 29, Metro Transit buses will operate a Sunday schedule. Metro offices, including the Customer Information office and the Lost and Found, will be closed.  If a Metro bus route does not normally operate on Sunday, it will not operate on Memorial Day.

Routes 5, 26E, 28E, 40 and the RapidRide C and E Lines also travel to within walking distance of Seattle Center.

Other holiday transit service notes include:
• The West Seattle Water Taxi will operate a Sunday schedule on Monday, May 29, Memorial Day, as will DART routes 773 and 775.
• The Vashon Island Water Taxi route will not operate on Monday, May 29.
• The South Lake Union Streetcar and the First Hill Streetcar will operate a Sunday schedule Monday, May 29.
