Localscape is the King County Assessor's tax transparency tool.

Use it to find property information by searching for an address or parcel ID. Other ways to search include by city, zip code, council or fire district, census tract, and commercial appraisal area. 

You can also look up countywide assessment information like:

  • Appraised values
  • Area sales
  • Census information (median household income, gender, race and ethnicity, education)
  • Permits (new building and accessory, demolition)
