• Clear and detailed description of the specific records they are requesting.

Our response

A written response to your request will be issued within 5 business days from the receipt of your request. 

You can request records from the Department of Public Defense (DPD) under the provisions of the Washington State Public Disclosure Law (RCW 42.56)
