ES-P23: Soaring Eagle Park
The use of Soaring Eagle Park shall be limited to park and park facilities.
ES-P22: Marshal 4 to 1
The Marshal 4 to 1 property is within the 4 to 1 Program and shall comply with 4 to 1 Program Countywide Planning Policy.
ES-P21: Development consistent with the Grand Ridge Development and Annexation
Development shall be consistent with the Grand Ridge Development and Annexation.
ES-P03: Klahanie Village Affordable Housing
The Klahanie multifamily parcel shall be set aside for future affordable housing development.
ES-P04: Klahanie Community Business Center Design Requirements
Actualization of the potential designation for the Klahanie Community Business Center may be accomplished through the currently-pending review of a reclassification application for the property.
ES-P05: Northwest Pipeline
In order to implement East Sammamish Community Plan Policy CI-13, P-suffix conditions shall be applied to tax lot No. 222506-9027-09, Northwest Pipeline.
ES-P06: Farmlands Preservation Clustering
Lands with development rights purchased under the King County Farmlands Preservation Program shall have a zoning designation of at least one home per 5 acres
ES-P07: Beaverdam Rural Deed Restrictions
Deed restrictions shall be placed upon the entire rural portion of the Beaverdam property to limit its use to passive open space or a golf course.
ES-P08: Beaverdam Golf Course Restrictions
Beaverdam golf course, club house (including dining facilities) and related recreation facilities such as driving range, swimming pools and tennis courts shall be deemed to conform with applicable policies of the King County Comprehensive Plan.
ES-P09: Grand Ridge Rural Development Requirements
All new subdivisions and short subdivisions in the Grand Ridge subarea, except those undergoing detailed drainage planning and review through the Master Drainage Planning (MDP) requirements of the King County Surface Water Design Manual, shall comply with the following conditions:
ES-P11: Plateau Properties
The Plateau Properties site is located within the Sammamish Highland/Inglewood Commercial Subarea and is suitable for mixed use development.
ES-P12: Grand Ridge
Any applications for development dated after January 9, 1995 for either the urban or rural portions of the Grand Ridge property shall only be accepted and processed if they are consistent with the UPD development agreement.
ES-P13: Ravenholt 4 to 1
The Ravenholt property is within the 4 to 1 Program and shall comply with 4 to 1 Program Countywide Planning Policy
ES-P15: Aldarra Property
The area west of SR-202 is urban and is zoned R-1-P, R-4-P. The area east of SR-202 is rural and zoned RA-5-P.
ES-P16: 134-80R (6497)
Targets or goals should be used for inclusion of affordable housing in the East Sammamish Community Plan Area, and King County should work cooperatively with the developer to assure that these targets are reached.
ES-P17: L95RZ001 (11935)
Use of the L95RZ001 property shall be limited to the health services.
ES-P18: Issaquah Employment Center
No new structures or other impervious surfaces such as paved or unpaved parking areas shall be located within a 100-foot radius of the Overdale Water Association well.
ES-P19: Emmerson 4 to 1
The Emmerson property is within the 4 to 1 Program and shall comply with the 4 to 1 Program Countywide Planning Policies.
ES-P20: Wildlife Corridor/Urban Separator
Permanent open space for wildlife corridors and urban separators shall be secured through lot clustering on all parcels of land located within the East Sammamish Community Planning Area.
ES-P02: Grand Ridge Clustering
Grand Ridge shall retain its rural designation.
