1._Military Road S and S Peasley Canyon Road are both major arterials. Dedicate sufficient right-of way to provide fifty feet from the center line of those streets.

2._At the time of rezone approval, the following development conditions shall be established:

_a._No auto access to Peasley Canyon Road S.

_b._A left turn lane on Military Road S is required.
