1. _Only uses which can be supported by an on-site sewage disposal system will be permitted.

2. _The on-site sewage disposal system must be operated and maintained properly to avoid failures and breakdowns.

3. _The Boundary Adjustment procedures of the General Sewerage Plan cannot be activated through a building permit request.

4. _There shall be no ingress and egress from SR 516.

5. _20 feet of right-of-way shall be required on the south side of the subject property.
