GardnerGlobal is a Seattle-based privately held holding company that engages in real estate development, consulting, sales, leasing, property management, business development and social media consulting. The company is dedicated to building communities through acquisitions and partnerships. Founded by Jaebadiah Gardner in the wake of the 2007 recession, GardnerGlobal was born out of a vision to introduce the unconventional concept that successful business can actually coincide with social consciousness. While attending Thomas M. Cooley Law School, Gardner took on GardnerGlobal’s first business venture: purchasing and renovating a two-level duplex with the goal of creating affordable housing for low-income families. The company continues to serve underrepresented populations in Seattle and to empower families to become first-time home-owners.
