The Property Tax Advisor may be able to assist you with the appeals process for your residential properties. Their staff can help you identify public records and other documentation that can be useful for a successful appeal. They can help you understand the processes and procedures for challenging your assessed value, recommend the most relevant information and tell you how to find it, and advise you on the most effective ways to present your case. If your concern can be resolved without filing an appeal, the staff will let you know.
