Superior Court Case Data Reports
The Clerk’s Office is responsible for maintaining and managing access to the official superior court case records. Case records are, with some exceptions, public records and available for general viewing. The only records that are not subject to public inspection are those sealed by court order, protected by court rule or by law.

King County Superior Court criminal, civil and juvenile offender caseflow statistical reports are available for download below.
New Case List and Judgments Audit Report
2023 New Case and Judgments Audit reports are available for $5.00 per report, per day, through the KC Script Portal in case number 23-0-00002-4.
You may also purchase a copy of the reports in person at any of the three Clerk's Office locations.
Data Dissemination Request
A request for specific data contained in the Clerk's Office case management system, KC-SCRIPT.
