The Allen Lake Outlet Stream Reconnaissance Report documents a field survey of the Allen Lake outlet from the intersection of 244^th Avenue and Northeast 22^nd Street to the Evans Creek Wetland near State Route202. The scope of the report was to observe the channel erosion and stability, side slope failures, landslide risks, knick point formations, and potential fish barriers.  The field survey and report was done by a geologist and a fisheries scientist.
