Special incentive program for King County employees who carpool, bike, or walk to work

Carpool Bike Walk

If you work outside downtown Seattle, you can earn a $20 REI or Union 76 gift card for any month in which you carpool, bike, or walk to work at least 51 percent of your work days AND at least 51 percent of your commute miles.

Where’s “downtown?”

For purposes of this incentive program, downtown Seattle is the area bounded by Denny Way to the north, S Dearborn Street to the south, and Interstate 5 or Sixth Avenue to the east (whichever is furthest east at the point in question).
