How Do I ... Obtain a Payment History?

A Case Financial History is a detailed list of the amounts ordered, payments made and disbursement or distribution of the payments for a Superior Court case.

The cost for a case financial history is $0.50 per page, or $5.00 for the first page and $1.00 for each additional page for a certified copy. The number of pages for a case depends on how much financial activity there has been on the case.

If you wish to order a case financial history, please visit one of the clerk's office locations during business hours or send your request with a payment of $10.00.  If the actual amount is less, the excess amount will be refunded to you.  Remember to include the case number in your request.
