Want the freedom to make a same-day trip without a reservation? On-Demand service is ready when you are. These pilot services allow Access-eligible customers to make trips anywhere within Southeast Seattle, Tukwila, Renton Highlands, Sammamish, the Juanita area of Kirkland and the Kent Valley.

Why?

We've heard from Access customers that they want to be able to take trips without an advanced reservation. Starting with limited service areas, we want to test whether these services can better serve our Access-eligible customers in an efficient and cost-effective manner. Please let us know how they work for you!

Who is eligible?

Any Access-eligible customer, including conditionally-eligible Access customers. This service is recommended for customers who need curb-to-curb service and is not recommended for customers who require door-to-door or hand-to-hand service. This service cannot do scheduled trips only ASAP bookings.
