Superior Court Local Rules - Proposed Changes

Comment Period open March 1 to April 30, 2023

A marked-up copy of the proposed amendments is available HERE and at the Clerk’s Office copy center in the King County Courthouse (Seattle) and the Maleng Regional Justice Center (Kent).

The Court will consider all comments received prior to May 1, 2023.
