That's why King County launched KCInform, an alert and notification system for communicating with employees in emergencies. To ensure you don't miss critical, time-sensitive messages, please enter your contact information in KCInform so that you can be contacted in an emergency.

KCinform is the name and branding of the tool that King County has purchased through vendor CodeRED to manage emergency notifications. CodeRED is a high-speed Web-based emergency and mass notification system that has been in use since 1998 and is used by more than 3,000 state and local government entities across the United States and Canada.
