On Monday, October 29, the King County Council held a public hearing on the proposed 2018 update to the King County Comprehensive Plan (Proposed Substitute Ordinance 2018-0153.2). The meeting began at 1:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, on the 10th Floor of the King County Courthouse, located at 516 Third Avenue, Seattle, WA.
