The Clerk's Office prioritized information sharing throughout the development of the ECR Program.  One major element of the information sharing process involved writing and publishing on the process of ECR's development in King County. These articles, included here and throughout the ECR Library, were published in a variety of local and national publications and may be copyrighted.
