Green Schools Program

Become a Green School by initiating or improving conservation practices. Schools and school districts sign up to participate in the program to receive assistance and tools. After meeting program criteria, schools, and districts receive recognition.

Involve students in school conservation actions! In participating Green Schools, the leader of a Green Team or other student group may request assistance with a conservation project. The Green Schools Program also offers Green Team workshops to help student groups plan projects for their school or community. Teams that complete projects are eligible for prizes and recognition.
