King County, City of Seattle and partners to build 232 new affordable housing units as a part of Northgate’s equitable transit-oriented development
King County, City of Seattle, BRIDGE Housing Corporation, and Capitol Hill Housing announced an agreement to build 232 affordable housing units on one of Metro’s Northgate parcels. With Sound Transit to open Link Light Rail’s Northgate station next year, the project meets regional goals of building workforce housing near transit.
