We aim to provide all necessary interpretation for all our proceedings. We learn of language needs mainly from the agency and occasionally from someone contacting us directly.

Persons may request an interpreter by emailing hearingexaminer@kingcounty.gov or by calling 206-477-0861 and stating the language needed. In instances when Washington Court Certified Interpreters are unavailable or we need a last-minute interpreter, we use Language Link.

The Hearing Examiner’s Office strives to accommodate speakers of all languages.
