Title VI compliance
As a recipient of federal financial assistance, King County is required to comply with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and subsequent nondiscrimination laws. Title VI compliance by the Department of Local Services, including Road Services Division, is monitored annually by Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) in accordance with the United States Department of Transportation (USDOT) requirements.
King County received approval of the following annual Title VI compliance documents on September 6, 2022.
