Executive Recommended King County Shoreline Master Program

Below is the Executive's Recommended update to the King County Shoreline Master Program. The Shoreline Master Program includes policies, regulations and plans that manage the shorelines within King County’s jurisdiction. The Shoreline Master Program will be incorporated into the King County Comprehensive Plan.

Shoreline Management Regulations

The Recommended Shoreline Management Regulations ordinance includes code amendments specific to shoreline land use and permitting.  The Recommended Regulations also includes amendments to other King County Code sections including critical areas regulations that are relied upon by King County for purposes of complying with the Shoreline Management Act.
