The King County International Airport-Boeing Field Noise Management Program is a comprehensive program that provides actual measurement of aircraft noise levels in our surrounding neighborhoods. The goal is to provide reliable and consistent data to measure the success of noise reduction strategies. We collect data from six monitors in nearby neighborhoods to assist in this effort.

We use a system, called PlaneNoise, to collect, manage, and track noise reports and comments from the public. This information assists our Noise Management team in investigating community concerns. Make a noise report online

If you prefer, you can make your report via the Noise Hotline: 206-316-2515.

In addition to the PlaneNoise system, the Noise Management Program includes a tool, PublicVue powered by L3 Harris, that allows community members to track flights using the same technology used by our team. PublicVue also allows residents to enter comments on any aircraft being tracked.

We welcome your feedback on these systems. Please contact us at AirportOps@kingcounty.gov.
