Records Management Reports

Note! As of April 2022, we are no longer creating new reports in the format as presented on this page. Instead, we are transitioning to providing the same performance measures and metrics on interactive dashboards provided by PowerBI. That project is still in process and the first version of that interactive dashboard is now available on our Records Management Network Teams site .

Below are reports that provide a high-level snapshot of records management activity within each agency, including use of Content Manager. Reports include countywide statistics and also statistics for each department (as well as divisions within DES and DNRP).
