Board of Ethics

Regular meetings of the Board of Ethics are held quarterly. The board is authorized by King County Code to implement forms, administrative processes, and operational procedures necessary to comply with the provisions of the Code of Ethics. The Board of Ethics determined that procedures governing the conduct of meetings of the board are necessary and in the public interest.

  4. Discussion of vacant Board position and recruitment materials (process, content, and timeline, 20-30 minutes)
  5. Check-in and comment on "Procedures for Meeting of the King County Board of Ethics" document (20 minutes)
  6. Board of Ethics work plan for 2024 and beyond
  7. Staff report (OPMA training; BoE Microsoft Teams site; reminder of financial disclosure forms)
  8. Next meeting date and adjournment (suggested next meeting date: Friday, April 19 at 1:00 pm)
