Located in more than 25 parks, working forests, and natural areas throughout urban and rural King County, King County Parks' backcountry system offers trails with year-round accessibility for hiking, mountain biking, and horseback riding. Great for leisurely day hikes, our trails are appropriate for all skill levels, from outings with the kids to trails for advanced mountain bikers.
