Libby is responsible for managing the District 3 team and staffing Councilmember Perry on key priority areas.  

Libby brings nearly a decade of policy, advocacy and team management experience to District 3. Libby got her start in public service as Legislative Assistant for Cyrus Habib, serving East King County’s 48th Legislative District. Most recently, she served Chief of Staff to Habib in the Office of Lieutenant Governor. She holds a bachelor’s degree in interdisciplinary environmental studies from the University of Washington. In her free time, Libby enjoys working on her vegetable garden, cooking, and trying new restaurants.

Rebecca supports the management of Councilmember Perry’s policy portfolio and key emerging issues, including transportation, land use, natural resources, energy, and climate.

Rebecca has a background in public service and policy advocacy, and recently completed the Master of Public Policy program at the University of Michigan. She previously worked for the U.S. Government Accountability Office. Originally from New York, Rebecca is excited to explore the PNW and welcomes recommendations for hikes, food, and live music!

Osman supports Councilmember Perry with external communications, community engagement, and responding to constituent concerns. 

Osman brings his experience in communication, community organizing, and social impact initiatives to District 3. Osman’s educational background is in neurobiology, and he previously worked as a manager on a medical devices and diagnostics research team, as well as a research assistant at the UW Medical Center. Osman brings experience in the public and non-profit sectors, including serving as Student Body President at the University of Washington. A Redmond native, Osman enjoys fitness, photography, reading, and playing Legos with his younger brothers.

Robby supports key office operations by managing the Councilmember’s daily schedule and communications, as well as serving as the first point of contact for our constituents. 

Robby knows District 3 well, having served as Councilmember Perry’s Campaign Manager. Robby has a background in tech, working as product manager for a government tech company, which first gave him the opportunity to work closely with federal agencies and local governments, and ultimately inspired him to pursue a career in public service. Robby is a graduate of New York University and enjoys traveling, hiking, and trying new restaurants with his friends.
