Regular and Transit ATU employees and family members enrolled in KingCare and KingCare Select medical plans can access telehealth service with 24/7 access to video visit - 365 day a year - with Doctor on Demand. Doctor on Demand telehealth copays have been waived for Regence members until further notice.

To get started, download the Doctor on Demand app from Google Play or the App Store and register on your smartphone. You’ll need your Regence member ID number to register.

If you prefer web-based access, register at doctorondemand.com/regence-wa, or you can link to Doctor on Demand from your regence.com or the Regence app member dashboard. For a web-based visit, you will need an embedded camera.

Coverage has been expanded to cover other providers and services that can be appropriately rendered in a telehealth setting. Many in-network providers now offer telehealth options, including primary care; behavioral health; and physical, occupational, and speech therapists. Check with your providers to see if they offer virtual visits and check with Regence to confirm coverage. Coronavirus-related visits are covered at no cost; standard plan benefits apply to visits for other services.
