Content Manager training is provided by interactive online courses available on KC eLearning. The courses can be taken at any time, will save user's progress, and can be retaken.

Supplemental job aids and other training materials documenting all processes are available on the Job Aids page. Note that these courses are only available to King County employees and/or individuals with email addresses.

Note that you can take the training at any time. However the training is most effective if you have access to Content Manager during the training, so that you can practice. Visit our Content Manager access page for information about installing and accessing the system.
