Recycled Water
the right water for the right use
Recycled water is the right water for irrigation, industry, and environmental projects wherever it’s available.
In nature, all water is recycled. King County’s recycled water is created by advanced wastewater treatment. Our wastewater treatment plants mimic nature’s processes to filter and clean used water.
Recycled water is also called “reclaimed water.” King County’s recycled water can be safely used for almost anything but drinking.
