King County residents can once again get in person customer service from our office, including help in filling out applications for the Senior and Disabled Tax Exemption and deferral programs, in the new King County customer service center on the 2nd floor of the King Street Center, 210 S. Jackson St, Seattle. Multiple county agencies will have stations in the new center to help residents pay their taxes, get a license or public records, apply for King County jobs, and much more!

The advertisements on the King County Assessor’s eReal Property website are part of a pilot program to test the viability of web ads on the site. The goal of the ads is to generate revenue to support department operations and taxpayer services. Advertisements are placed in accordance with the Department of Assessments’ guidelines for web advertising.
